Call for Nominations - 2010 Awards of Excellence

The Awards Subcommitee invites you to submit nominations for the 2010 Awards of Excellence. For rules and forms, go to:http://www.mdae.org/mdqi2011/mdqi.html. Projects must be accepted for maintenance between October 1, 2009 and September 30, 2010, with the exception of planning projects where a Record of Decision is required in the same time frame. All nominations are due by September 30. Awards will be presented at the 2011 MdQI Conference.

Volunteer Now for MdQI's Student Outreach Program

Do you care about the future? We need you for the MdQI Engineering Student Outreach Program! This program strives to expose Baltimore metro area middle and high school students to engineering careers through interactive presentations at local schools. MdQI is looking for volunteers to visit schools and share their experiences with area students. How can you help?

MdQI is a cooperative effort by Maryland's highway industry dedicated to the continuous quality improvement in the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of Maryland's highway system.

The quality journey began in 1994 when Maryland’s first "Road to Quality" conference/workshop was held.
