A Look Back at MdQI 2026

The 33rd Annual MdQI Conference brought 1,740 attendees and 121 exhibitors to the Baltimore Convention Center on February 4–5, 2026. For two days, agency leaders, contractors, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and emerging professionals shared ideas, learned from one another, and made connections across Maryland’s transportation industry.

The program featured keynote presentations, 25 technical sessions, student programming, and conversations on innovation, workforce development, ethics, and project delivery. Beyond the sessions, attendees explored the exhibit hall, met with industry partners, and enjoyed the Engineering Challenge, Pinewood Derby, and creative vendor booths inspired by the 80s mixtape theme.
